Research on Multi-Engine Synchronization Control Strategy of Distributed Electric Propulsion Aircraft

Distributed electric propulsion aircraft because of its wing on both sides of the propulsion engine will be subject to sudden load disturbance and yaw moment, affecting the normal flight attitude of the aircraft, so it is necessary to ensure that the wing on both sides of the engine has a good rotational speed synchronization and anti-jamming, in order to address this problem, this paper carries out the study of multi-permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategy, designed a new type of adaptive integral sliding mode controller with a disturbance observer to improve the overall speed synchronization of the four engines. On the basis of the deviation-coupled control structure, an improved deviation-coupled control structure is designed based on fuzzy theory to reduce the rotational speed errors of the two groups of left-inside-right-inside and left-outside-right-outside engines, so that even when there are large synchronization errors among the four engines, the yaw moments on both sides of the aircraft are smaller due to the small rotational speed errors of the two groups of inside-inside and outside-right-inside motors, and the aircraft's attitude can be stabilized. Finally, it is verified through simulation that the control method and strategy designed in this paper can significantly weaken the synchronization error among multiple motors, and can effectively reduce the yaw moment generation of the distributed electric propulsion aircraft.
