Study on I.H.P. SAW Devices with Expanded Bandwidth

This study addresses the demands of 5G Band41, which requires high Q, low TCF, wide bandwidth, and strong attenuation across a broad range. We improved the high-order mode suppression in I.H.P.SAW devices to expand fractional bandwidth and suppress a prominent spurious response near 4.5 GHz. The optimized device structure enabled fabrication of a filter demonstrating excellent performance in Band41, confirming its potential for advanced 5G applications.
