Boost Calibration for Dual-arm Co-robotic Ultrasound System

Ultrasound tomography (UST) is an emerging imaging modality for prostate cancer detection, often requiring a dual-arm robotic system. Accurate calibration of the robotic system is essential for successful UST. In this paper, we propose a novel method, termed Boost Calibration, which performs the calibration using only 2D data. Additionally, we introduce a robust and efficient error estimation method in simulation. Simulation experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method.
