Design and Implementation of Secure Image Encryption and Decryption using Advanced Cryptographic Techniques with Chatbot Integration

This project proposes the model of secure image encryption and decryption integrated with a chatbot interface; thus, the project focuses on providing safe and confidential interaction within the digital systems. The system will use an enhanced cryptographic solution involving the use of AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) along with other obfuscation methods on the data carried out, like random noise injections prior to the encryption being done so as to provide data confidentiality even further. The application enables users to send text messages that are encrypted, and images can also be included on optional basis with the messages securely being encrypted, stored, and transferred with a backend server written using Flask and an SQLite database. Real time communication between the sender and receiver is provided by a user friendly chatbot with an interfacing result designed using Streamlit, which gives the opportunity to enter messages using the keyboard, upload pictures and download the encrypted files. It is at the receiver end that the process of decryption is performed so that only the intended user is able to view the original image as well as the message content. The two-layered concept of cryptography and chatbot-based access offers an effective framework of secure communications, particularly in other areas of communications that demand privacy, e.g., healthcare and military industries and those of confidential business communications.
