Design of a Comprehensive Power Quality Management Device Based on APF and TSC

A comprehensive power quality management device based on APF and TSC collaborative control is proposed to address the problems of high switching losses, insufficient harmonic suppression, and poor compatibility in the current power quality management process. The working principle of the system is elaborated, and the system design, hardware schematic diagram, and software flowchart are presented. Simulation verification has also been conducted. The simulation results show that the proposed power quality control device can achieve realtime harmonic compensation by generating reverse current through the APF and realize dynamic reactive power regulation by automatic switching of the TSC. The device effectively addresses issues related to harmonic suppression, voltage stability, and response speed, providing technical support for enhancing grid safety and achieving low-carbon objectives.
