Research on 3D Reconstruction Crack Identification Algorithm Based on Lightweight FPAFFN Network Model

Based on lightweight technology, this study optimized the traditional FPAFFN network model and proposed an improved lightweight FPAFFN network model based on backbone network optimization. On this basis, the 3D reconstruction algorithm was combined with the improved lightweight FPAFFN network model to construct a 3D reconstruction crack recognition algorithm based on the lightweight FPAFFN network model. Furthermore, the identification and 3D reconstruction experiments of cracks in plate components were carried out. The results indicate that the proposed lightweight FPAFFN improved network model has excellent model transfer ability, and the cracks identified based on this model have good consistency with the original collected cracks. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of crack identification, it is recommended to set the vertical distance between the camera and the specimen to 20cm. The 3D reconstruction crack identification algorithm based on the lightweight FPAFFN network model can effectively locate and reconstruct the 3D spatial position of cracks with good robustness.
