Design and Implementation of an Earthquake Emergency Panoramic Command System Based on a Power Grid Map

In order to meet the increasing security requirements of the power supply system, the construction of the emergency rescue command center system continues to deepen. The system is based on the spatial information platform of the power grid map and introduces thematic map tools to significantly improve strategic planning, decision-making and combat command capabilities. Through multi-dimensional and all-round monitoring of earthquake disaster situations, it focuses on four core modules to dynamically present disaster information: disaster situation monitoring, key target monitoring, emergency resource management, and power grid impact assessment. The system provides panoramic intelligence support for the command center, helps to quickly judge the disaster situation and resource distribution, and optimize combat planning and force deployment. Through visual data fusion and command process integration, decision-making efficiency, combat effectiveness and security assurance are effectively improved. Practical application verifies the effectiveness of the design.
