Design and Application of Multifunctional Vehicle for Installing Distribution Wires

In order to solve the problems of high safety risks and low operational efficiency in traditional distribution network overhead line construction, a multifunctional vehicle for distribution network overhead line construction was designed. An independent suspension track chassis is adopted in this design, which can adapt to driving and advancing in complex terrains; Equipped with multi-level load-bearing telescopic arms and highaltitude operation platforms, equipped with automatic leveling, distance warning, and automatic obstacle avoidance functions, it can achieve large-scale object lifting and high-altitude installation of cross arms and hardware; Equipped with a digital wire laying system, it can achieve infinite adjustment of traction force and control of wire traction speed; Embedded with an intelligent frontend data collection system, it can complete vehicle operation status monitoring, on-site operation data information collection, etc. The actual application results show that the device can complete corresponding functions, with characteristics such as safety and reliability, wide applicability, high work efficiency, and strong intelligent perception ability. It can effectively improve the mechanization level of distribution network construction operations and promote the construction transformation of distribution networkst.
