A Supply Chain Finance Access Scheme Under Zero Trust Architecture and Blockchain Technology

Amid the global economic impact of the pandemic, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face difficulties in obtaining financing, with high costs and limited access. Supply chain finance has become a crucial tool to alleviate this challenge. To further enhance the security and efficiency of supply chain finance, this paper proposes a novel access control scheme for supply chain finance by integrating Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) with blockchain technology to enhance security and operational efficiency. The scheme utilizes Zero Trust Architecture to achieve dynamic management and access control for enterprises, ensuring data security during access. The scheme integrates identity management and access control modules into the blockchain via smart contracts. This ensures automated, tamper-resistant transaction execution. The credit evaluation section employs the Random Forest algorithm, which offers superior performance on high-dimensional, heterogeneous datasets compared to traditional classifiers such as decision trees and Support Vector Machine(SVM). In addition, Smart contract performance is evaluated in terms of TPS and execution time. The results demonstrate that the scheme achieves high throughput and fast response, supporting secure and scalable supply chain finance operations.
