Research on the Construction Method of Semantic Metamodel of Power Field Events based on Standard Text

A semantic meta-model is a high-level abstract framework used to define the structured representation of domain knowledge, providing machine-understandable semantics for textual data. This paper proposes a method for constructing a semantic meta-model for events in the power domain based on standard text, and presents a representation method for the semantic meta-model using XML. It maps event information from diverse sources of power standards text into a unified framework, thereby providing technical support for the implementation of power standards, the enhancement of intelligence in the power industry, and the digital transformation of the power sector.
