Integration of Steady-State Identification, Control System Identification and Automatic Controller Tuning Modules into the Laboratory Test Stand System Architecture

This paper presents the results of integrating a steady-state regime identification module, transfer function parameter identification, and automatic controller tuning into a laboratory test stand control system. The module enables automatic tuning of controller parameters based on mathematical model data of the controlled plant to improve control quality of technological processes at different operating points. The module includes functions for data acquisition and analysis of input and output parameters of the controlled plant, application of identification methods for determining transfer function parameters, and automatic controller tuning. The control system of the test stand with integrated modules constitutes a component of the digital twin and allows adaptation to changes in controlled plant parameters and external disturbances in automatic mode.
