Research on Tool Optimization Evaluation Model Based on Combination Weighting

The decision-making process for tool selection involves numerous indicators and is susceptible to subjective factors. This paper proposes integrating game theory concepts, combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the entropy weight method for combined weighting to reduce subjective influence. Key evaluation indicators for tool selection are selected, and a game theory combined weighting TOPSIS tool evaluation and selection model is constructed by integrating TOPSIS theory. The model is validated through a practical case: when the workpiece material is TC11, the ideal proximity value of the optimal tool M15 is 0.6006. The results demonstrate that the model possesses rationality and practicality in optimal tool selection.
