Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) for Control of Loading Logic in Parcel Sorting Centers

This paper presents a study on the feasibility of implementing a specified sorting logic for parcels processed by automated sorting lines. It is proposed to use an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) at the loading doors of parcel sorting centers, which allows for the classification of parcels based on weight and dimensional parameters. Parcels are distributed to loading trays depending on the range of weight and size values. This enables the implementation of the specified logic for loading parcels into trucks from different loading trays.
