Advance Technology Based Circuit Breaker Acknowledge Through PZEM-004T Module

The realm of electrical safety and automation, the integration of advanced technologies into circuit breaker systems has become paramount. This research paper presents an innovative circuit breaker system that leverages the PZEM-004T energy monitoring module, enhanced with dual security features comprising a keypad and fingerprint recognition. The proposed system is designed to provide robust protection against electrical faults while ensuring secure access control The circuit breaker is equipped with a fire sensor, buzzer, and LED indicators to facilitate immediate alerts in the event of hazardous conditions, thereby enhancing user safety. The incorporation of IoT connectivity through the ESP32 microcontroller allows for real-time monitoring and control of the circuit breaker from remote locations. A 20 × 4 LCD display is utilized for local monitoring, providing users with critical information regarding energy consumption, system status, and alerts. To further augment the system's functionality, a Telegram bot is implemented, enabling users to receive notifications and control the circuit breaker via a user-friendly interface on their mobile devices. This feature not only enhances user engagement but also allows for timely responses to potential electrical issues, thereby minimizing risks associated with electrical failures. The research methodology includes the design, implementation, and testing of the circuit breaker system, with a focus on evaluating its performance in various scenarios. Results indicate that the dual security measures significantly enhance access control, while the integration of IoT capabilities provides a seamless monitoring experience. The system demonstrates a high level of reliability and responsiveness, making it suitable for both residential and industrial applications.
