Design of Simultaneous Control System Based on Operator Theory and Primary Current Estimation for Magnetic Resonance Coupling WPT Systems

In recent years, magnetic resonance coupling WPT systems have attracted much attention. This system is expected to be applied to various fields, such as electric vehicles, due to its ability to transmit high power with minimal efficiency loss. However, transmission efficiency and power can decrease significantly due to coil distance and load variations. In previous research, simultaneous control systems for transmission efficiency and power has been proposed. On the other hand, there are issues such as the fact that the dynamics of magnetic resonance coupling and the effect of resonance shift are not considered, the stability of the nonlinear plant is not guaranteed, and intercommunication between the transmitter and receiver is required. Therefore, this paper proposes a simultaneous transmission efficiency and power control system based on primary current estimation and operator theory using a dynamic phasor model of magnetic resonance coupling. This method achieves highly accurate wireless power transmission under independent control of the secondary side.
