Virtual Simulation Training System for Unity 3D Intelligent Manufacturing Production Line

In response to the pain points and difficulties in the construction of intelligent production lines, such as high capital investment, high operation and maintenance costs, complex systems, difficulty in intuitively presenting the integration principles, working processes, equipment structures, high training risks, and insufficient workstations, a practical intelligent production line was taken as a prototype. UG and 3Ds Max were used to construct models and partially restore action animations of all equipment on the intelligent production line. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator were used for model mapping processing and UI interface design. Axure was used for software prototype design, and C \# language and Visual Studio were used to complete code writing. Finally, a highly immersive and interactive virtual simulation training system was developed based on the Unity 3D platform, allowing learners to conduct experiential learning intuitively and conveniently, comprehensively master intelligent manufacturing.
