A Digital Twin Approach for Bidirectional Buck-Boost Converter's Key Parameters Identifying Based on Electrothermal Mechanism Model

For the vast majority of digital twin modeling methods, since the digital model is not a perfect replica of the physical model, it is a huge challenge to achieve high-precision parameter identification during the modeling process. we proposes a novel digital twin modeling method based on the electrothermal mechanism and APSO, possessing more realistic physical characteristics than ordinary models and enabling accurate parameter identification of key equipment in this paper. By calculating the power loss of the proposed digital twin model, the temperatures of self-heating devices in the digital twin model, such as MOSFETs, IGBTs and capacitors, can be obtained. Then, the values of temperature-related parameters in these devices can be updated, thereby ensuring more accurate results.
