Construction and Application of Ontology Library for Insulation Board Production Line Malfunction

The current fault diagnosis on insulation board production lines has problems such as low efficiency, scattered fault knowledge, and low utilization rate. Therefore, to overcome the above issue, we propose a method for constructing a fault ontology library for insulation board production lines. Firstly, select production line fault data as the knowledge source, constructs relevant production line fault ontology, and uses ontology development software Protégé5.6 to construct a fault knowledge base from the extracted classes, attributes, and instances. Based on this, the syntax rules for the operation and maintenance plan are designed based on the decision tree, and the inference rules for the production line fault ontology are established. The operation and maintenance personnel can quickly find the cause of the unit fault and select the appropriate handling method. Finally, the industrial test is carried out by taking an insulation board production line as an example, and the results showed that the method improved the ability of fault diagnosis and the utilization rate of fault knowledge, providing good knowledge support for diagnostic decision-making.
