HP-Adaptive Pseudospectral Method Based Trajectory Planning of Guided Projectile

To address the trajectory optimization problem of guided projectile trajectory planning under multiple constraints, a six-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) motion model is developed, incorporating velocity, angle, and terminal trajectory parameter constraints. The continuous optimal trajectory planning problem is transformed into a discrete nonlinear programming problem using the HP-adaptive pseudospectral method. By employing discrete interpolation techniques for nonlinear programming, the flight path with the lowest energy cost is obtained. Additionally, the key factors influencing planning efficiency are analyzed through the selection of different discretization points. Compared to the conventional 3-DOF trajectory planning methods, the optimization strategy proposed in this paper not only provides more comprehensive trajectory information but also significantly enhances computational efficiency.
