Research on Optimization Method for E-Commerce Products and Logistics Services in the New Retail Model Based on Online Reviews

With the development and widespread adoption of digital technology, the number of users and transaction volume on e-commerce platforms have increased year by year. Traditional e-commerce logistics services have also encountered new developments and challenges under the promotion of the new retail model, especially with the increase in product categories and changes in delivery methods, which have raised higher requirements for logistics service levels. This paper starts with the online reviews of e-commerce platform users, analyzes user demands for logistics and delivery services under the new model and their purchasing tendencies toward products, and explores the issues and needs raised by users regarding e-commerce logistics services in the current new retail model. A quality evaluation system for e-commerce logistics services is constructed. Finally, the reliability of the evaluation system is verified, and corresponding suggestions and solutions are proposed for existing shortcomings. This provides valuable references for the development of e-commerce platforms, aiming to improve user satisfaction and inject new vitality into the future development of the industry.
