A Fault-Tolerant Control Strategy for Reverse Voltage Vector Based on Model Prediction

In this paper, an reverse voltage vector fault-tolerant control strategy based on model prediction is proposed to achieve effective fault tolerance for different topological driving signals. The traditional fault-tolerant control strategy is only suitable for a single topology, and the reconstruction of the driver signal after fault is less considered. To solve this problem, the model predictive control strategy in this paper is used instead of the traditional modulation strategy to avoid the insufficiency of forming a complete voltage vector circle after the fault occurs. On this basis, the failure of various driving signals is considered, and the reverse voltage vector is used to replace the fault signal. It is applied to three-phase two-level inverters, parallel inverters and series inverters, and build simulation models for verification. The results show that the proposed strategy can be applied to various topologies and has good fault tolerance performance.
