Decentralized Combined Control System for a Multi-Connected and Multi-Mode Plant with Delays

The paper considers a decentralized combined control system for a multi-connected and multi-mode plant operating under conditions of structural-parametric uncertainty and delays - by state and neutral type. The considered control plant is a set of separate subsystems connected to each other by means of cross-links. For each subsystem, an adaptive-robust control algorithm was synthesized based on the hyperstability criterion of V. M. Popov, which, together with high-speed blocks - output and setting filter-correctors, as well as an implicit reference model, ensures high quality of system operation. At the stage of simulation modeling in the Matlab-Simulink development environment, the coefficients of the decentralized combined regulator are selected using a genetic optimization algorithm using the example of a two-connected control plant.
