Optimization of Financial System Based on Decision Tree Classification Algorithm

The enterprise financial system, facing the growing amount of financial data, may have a significant impact on the long-term operation of the enterprise if it lacks effective management. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a financial management system that can meet the needs of enterprises. Based on this, the study integrates information gain algorithm and classification regression tree algorithm, and optimizes the financial management system on this basis. The results show that in the financial data analysis of S enterprise, the optimized management system of the research institute has higher analysis accuracy. When the data volume is 3400 sets, the accuracy is 92.6%, and when the data volume is 3600 sets, the accuracy value is 98.9%. The overall accuracy of data analysis in the optimized financial management system is higher than that of traditional financial management systems. The results indicate that the algorithm proposed by the research institute can help enterprises make more accurate financial decisions and reduce risks by providing more precise data analysis in practical applications.
