Intelligent Patrol System Based on Reconfigurable Robot

Based on reconfigurable robot technology, PipeWise intelligent patrol system aims to improve the intelligence and automation level of pipeline cleaning. This paper reviews the PipeWise intelligent patrol system based on reconfigurable design, focusing on the core technologies such as robot structure design, control system, electrical control system, and vision sensor. The system integrates autonomous navigation, dirt detection, image processing and remote monitoring functions to achieve efficient and safe pipeline cleaning. This paper reviews the research progress, technical innovation and experimental results of the system. Combined with experimental verification, it provides comprehensive theoretical support and technical reference for the development and application of pipeline cleaning robot technology.
