A High-Precision Pressure Control Based on Adaptive Robustness

In order to accurately simulate the operational environment of the underwater vehicle stern shaft system, a pressure loading system comprising a pre-pressurization device, a novel pressure transfer mechanism, and an electrohydraulic control system has been designed for evaluating the performance of the stern shaft system. With the hysteresis, leakage, uncertainty and nonlinear time-varying problems of pressure control in large chamber, a direct/indirect adaptive robust loading control strategy based on leakage compensation (BLC-DIARC) has been proposed. A system simulation model is constructed, and the research indicates that the control scheme is capable of accurately adjusting the loading pressure within the range of 0-20 MPa with an error of no more than 0.01 MPa.
