PEDOT:PSS Hydrogel Microelectrode Arrays Based on DLP Digital Light Processing Technology

To address the challenges faced by traditional electrode materials in neural signal acquisition, such as poor biocompatibility, high impedance, and high signal noise, this study designs and builds a DLP-based digital light processing printing system. Using this system, a pure hydrogel microelectrode array chip for neuronal signal acquisition is fabricated, with PEDOT:PSS hydrogel as its primary structural and electrode material. This electrode array features high precision, fast printing speed, and excellent biocompatibility, represents a significant advancement in neural signal acquisition technology. It provides innovative tools and ideas for neuroscience research and neuroengineering applications.
