Simulation Study on Flameproof Performance of Flyer-Type Micro Explosive Train's Explosion-Proof Component

The Flyer-type Micro Explosive Train can achieve reliable initiation and detonation in a small space under low ignition energy, which has gradually become the main direction of fuze technology research. In this paper, combined with the design requirements of the current MEMS technology for the miniaturization, low-energy ignition, reliable explosion transmission and safe explosion-proof under micro-size charges, aiming at the problem that the explosion-proof safety of the flyer-type micro explosive train is not strong, the simulation study on the explosion-proof performance of the flyer impact explosion-proof component is carried out. The simulation model of the flyer-type micro explosive train system and the flyer impact explosion-proof component was established, and the influence of the explosionproof component material, thickness and flyer velocity on the attenuation ability and explosion-proof effect of the explosionproof component on the shock wave was studied, the optimal metal explosion-proof component material was selected, and it was proved that the copper and nickel explosion-proof component with a thickness of $200 \mu \mathrm{m}$ could ensure the safety of the booster explosive in the explosion-proof state, and improve the explosion-proof safety and explosion transmission reliability under the premise of ensuring low initiation energy.
