Design and Application of Simulation System for Cement Raw Meal Pre-Decomposition Process

Aiming at the problems of high-risk, low-efficiency and lack of knowledge in the operation training of precalcining kiln in the traditional cement industry, this paper constructs a comprehensive simulation system including stable working condition simulation, abnormal working condition simulation and full DCS(Distributed Control System) environment simulation through the modeling technology combining process mechanism and data-driven mode and the introduction of industrial artificial intelligence. The preliminary application shows that the system can fully meet the training needs of cement production operators, and provides an effective solution for the intelligent personnel training of new dry-process cement production.
