Transforming Hostel Management with AI: Sentiment Analysis and Predictive Insights

The increasing demand for smart automation in the hotel industry has motivated the creation of AI-based management systems for the improvement of student experience and efficiency in operations. This paper presents a Flask-based AIbased Hostel Management System that incorporates NLP and sentiment analysis to process student feedback in real-time. The system classifies feedback employing a transformer-based model and recommends personalized services according to sentiment and student preference. It also provides automated email-based sending of the recommendations for interaction in a timely manner. A comprehensive administrator dashboard provides data visualization, sentiment trend analysis, and export functionality of feedback. student profiles can be managed through manual entry and bulk upload features. By combining AI with a light web framework, the proposed system illustrates a scalable, responsive, and smart hostel management model.
