DeepNeuroScan: Advanced CNN Architecture for Precise Brain Tumor Identification in Medical Imaging

The detection of brain tumors is a very crucial field of medical imaging with high precision and accuracy required during the early diagnosis and treatment procedure. The paper presents DeepNeuroScan, a new architectural design for a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) intended for the precise identification of brain tumors in any medical imaging data set. DeepNeuroScan, utilizing the most advanced deep learning techniques, achieves an unsurpassed result of 99% accuracy in tumor detection, beating the existing state-of-the-art models. The present architecture combines novel preprocessing techniques with optimized convolutional layers and a custom loss function, meant to improve feature extraction and classification performance. The model has been trained and validated over a diverse dataset of brain MRI scans to promote robustness and generalization across varying imaging conditions. DeepNeuroScan is able to distinguish between four classes, namely: Pituitary tumor, Meningioma, Glioma, and No tumor, thereby addressing complexity in real-world clinical scenarios. Experimental results reveal that DeepNeuroScan not only possesses an extremely high accuracy, but most importantly, significantly reduces the false positives and false negatives, such have regarded as two big issues in brain tumor diagnosis. So this is a model that could pivotally change medical imaging into a tool that is trusted and helps in automating early and accurate tumor detection as a way of improving patient outcomes. This work will further be making contributions into the fast-growing field of AI in health care while also being a conduit from deep learning research to a more recognized path toward clinical applications. DeepNeuroScan is a major step in embedding high-level AI technology into medical diagnostics toward scalable and efficient solutions for brain tumors under different classifications.
