Modeling Employee Performance through High Performance Work Systems and Digital Intelligence

This research is motivated by the importance of exploring the factors that influence employee performance in the financial services industry in the digital era. This research targeting to determine the effect of the High-Performance Work System (HPWS) and Digital Emotional Intelligence (DEI) on employee performance at XYZ Bank. This research employs associative quantitative methods. A survey was delivered to 86 permanent workers using the non-probability sampling approach. Data analysis methods include descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. According to the findings of hypothesis testing, HPWS has a substantial influence on employee performance, while DEI does not affect employee performance. This research adds to our understanding of the impact of HPWS and DEI on employee performance in the digital banking business.
