DSPY: A Next-Generation AI Chatbot for Enterprise Automation Using NLP, RAG, and Advanced Security

Employees in large organizations often experience delays in getting their HR, IT, or policy-related questions resolved, impacting productivity. This paper introduces a research survey and critical analysis of current chatbots developed based on NLP, LLM and RAG architectures. With comparative analysis, major deficits such as absence of domain-specific accuracy were determined. To overcome these, we present DSpy as an optimized framework, improving retrieval precision and avoiding vague responses noticed in general models like ChatGPT. The proposed system is going to ensure secure, document-based query resolution, support summarization, data extraction, and image-based queries, and integrates two-factor authentication and a professional language filter. This advancement is expected to transform enterprise support systems and improve workplace productivity
