A Two-Level Clearing Model for the Spot Electricity Market Considering New Energy Consumption

In order to realize the sustainable participation of new energy in the market transaction, and promote the optimal allocation of power resources in the country. Aiming at the characteristics of new energy output, this paper studies the guaranteed consumption of new energy into the inter-provincial-provincial clearing model of the power market, and promotes the market clearing of new energy through a reasonable mechanism design. In the inter-provincial power market, the goal is to maximize the social value and promote the new energy consumption in a wider range; in the provincial market, the goal is to minimize the operating cost, and the effective clearing of new energy is guaranteed through the trading of power generation rights. Finally, this paper verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model through the improved three-region interconnected IEEE42 node system.
