Research on Construction and Application of Supply Chain Trust Knowledge Graph under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

Trust relationships in supply chains are vital for manufacturing enterprises in terms of cooperation, risk management, and contract execution, reducing transaction costs, improving collaboration efficiency, and enhancing supply chain stability and risk resilience. Most manufacturing supply chains currently lack trust mechanisms, and their complex, highly interconnected structures hinder the building of trust. The development of intelligent manufacturing endows information systems with cognitive learning capabilities, making knowledge a core factor of productivity. Knowledge graph technology, which represents entity relationships via triples and constructs graph networks, offers a new perspective to address this issue. Thus, this paper constructs a supply chain trust knowledge graph for manufacturing enterprises to enhance inter-enterprise trust and support cost reduction and efficiency improvement in supply chains.
