Research on the Application of Cloud Desktop Technology in Constructing Collaborative Office Environment for Enterprise External Personnel

This paper aims at the problems such as chaotic management of external personnel's devices and high risks of intellectual property leakage in the enterprise internal network, and proposes to construct a virtualized cloud desktop collaborative office environment that is completely isolated from both the enterprise internal network and the Internet. The designed collaborative office environment solution includes a dedicated network architecture, resource management, customized desktop services, and enhanced security protection. By using virtualization technology to achieve pooling and dynamic allocation of computing resources, and combining security mechanisms such as access control, data encryption, and watermark traceability, it ensures that external personnel can carry out collaborative office work in the enterprise internal network while strengthening security control, keeping intellectual property rights within the enterprise. The research results provide a safe and efficient technical path for the management of external personnel in the enterprise internal network environment, and are of great significance for safeguarding the security of enterprise data assets and improving operational efficiency.
