Joint Design of Transmit Waveform and Mismatch Filter for MIMO Radar Under ISRJ Scenario

In this letter, we propose a method to suppress interrupted sampling repeater jamming (ISRJ) and mismatched cross-channel interference (MCCI) in multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) radar by jointly designing the transmit waveforms and mismatch filter. The joint design problem is formulated under the constant modulus constraint and pulse compression peak constraint, aiming to minimize the integrated sidelobe levels (ISLs) or weighted integrated sidelobe levels (WISLs) of the mismatch filter response (MMFR), as well as the integrated levels (ILs) of the mismatched interference response (MIR) of the ISRJ signal and the mismatched cross-correlation interference (MCCI). An iterative algorithm based on the Lagrange multiplier method and alternating direction multiplier method (ADMM) is proposed to solve this problem. Simulation results demonstrate that the algorithm can effectively solve the optimization problem while maintaining excellent performance.
