Multiple-Model Prescribed Performance Control On 6-DOF Spacecraft With Actuation Sign Fault

This study introduces an adaptive control framework utilizing a multiple-model approach to address actuation sign fault in six-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) spacecraft, incorporating an adaptive error reconstruction. Using prescribed performance functions in kinematics to perform error conversion on angle and position errors to ensure their transient and steady-state performance; Design adaptive law compensation actuators for sign fault and uncertainties in inertia and mass parameters, and ensure the effectiveness of the designed adaptive error by reconstructing the error. A switching mechanism uses a series of cost functions to select the optimal control signal, thereby achieving asymptotic tracking performance. This approach enhances the robustness and adaptability of the spacecraft against the uncertainties inherent within its inertia and mass.
