Centering Reproductive Justice in Online Safety Research

Online hate speech that attacks reproductive rights recently surged following the presidential election in the United States. These ongoing attacks are especially harmful to Black women in the U.S. who disproportionately live in states with strict abortion bans and face heightened reproductive surveillance, representing an issue of reproductive injustice. Thus, we call for further research that centers reproductive justice in online safety.
