Analysis of the influence of sensor installation effect on the measurement of clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter

The clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter has the advantages of being compact, easy to carry, and non- invasive for direct measurement, and has good application prospects in the field of gas flow field measurement. However, in industrial settings, many factors can affect the measurement results of instruments. This article mainly analyzes the installation effect of clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter sensors, evaluates the reasons for measurement deviation from a theoretical perspective, and proposes corresponding optimization methods through experimental verification and analysis.
