Research on pulse voltage detection technology based on optical voltage sensing

This paper addresses the measurement needs of high amplitude wideband pulse voltage signals and proposes an optical voltage sensor (OVS) detection scheme based on the inverse piezoelectric effect. A specific optical path system is designed, and the error caused by the nonreciprocal phase shift and inverse piezoelectric effect confusion in the output model of the nonreciprocal optical path system is analyzed. In addition, an OVS signal processing scheme is designed to explain how to obtain pulse voltage signals.
