Research on Key Technologies for Plug-and-Play In The Electricity Information Acquisition System

The intelligent requirement for remote automatic assembly and commissioning of power metering device after on-site installation is a new situation demand for on-site operation and maintenance operations of the new power system. In this paper, the business process of plug-and-play and procure of electricity energy meters, intelligent measurement switches and concentrator are designed, and the technical route of plug-and-play is clarified. At the same time, in order to realize the technology application of plug-and-play, the existing local communication module, rail meter, measurement switch, concentrator and the electricity information acquisition system are expanded, and the functional content of each device is designed in detail, so as to realize the "bottom-up" reporting of the asset archive information and automatically carry out local debugging, which solves the cumbersome on-site commissioning procedures and significantly enhances the efficiency of field operation and maintenance tasks. Finally, the experimental verification was carried out in six typical station environments, which provided data support for the comprehensive promotion of plug-and-play technology.
