Implementation of Power Supply Stabilization for e-Learning Systems in Unstable Environments

In developing countries, there is a significant educational gap between urban and rural areas. E-learning is an effective way to eliminate this gap, but to operate e-learning properly, a high-speed and stable internet is essential. However, developing countries do not have this infrastructure. In this research, we have been developing an e-learning system that can operate stably even in the unstable power supply environment. Content sharing between remote schools has been achieved using cloud technology up until now, but the system was vulnerable to unstable local power environments. In this paper, we propose a mechanism that allows the system to operate stably even when the power supply is unstable.
