Method for The Coaxiality Detection and Alignment of Quartz Accelerometer Movement Assembly Based on Dual Optical Path Monocular Vision

Quartz accelerometers are high-precision sensors used to measure carrier line acceleration, and are widely used in the field of high-precision inertial navigation. However, at present, it mainly relies on manual precision assembly, and the assembly efficiency is low and the qualification rate is not high. In order to improve the coaxial accuracy of the assembly of the quartz accelerometer in the process of automatic assembly, this paper proposes a coaxiality detection and adjustment method for the assembly of the movement based on dual-optical path monocular vision. The double-optical path monocular vision system is used to collect the images of each part in the coaxial assembly process of the movement, and the center and rotation angle of each part of the movement are obtained through image processing algorithms such as threshold segmentation, Canny edge detection, contour extraction and Hough circle detection, and the horizontal displacement stage is controlled to adjust the center and rotation angle of the lower torque during the assembly process, so as to ensure the overall coaxial assembly accuracy of the movement. The experimental results show that the visual inspection algorithm proposed in this paper has high accuracy, strong robustness and stable operation, and the coaxiality error of the installed core components is within $5 \mu \mathrm{~m}$. At the same time, it can be concluded that the coaxiality detection and adjustment method proposed in this paper has certain practical value and can be applied to the quartz movement coaxial assembly process.
