Research on the Conceptual Components and Technical Architecture of Digital Twin Battlefield

Digital twin technology has unique advantages such as virtual real synchronization, real-time response, continuous evolution, and simulation optimization, and has enormous potential for application in military fields such as battlefield planning, construction, management, operation, updates, and services. The article presents the conceptual components of the digital twin battlefield, dividing it into five development stages based on the maturity model of digital twin capabilities and data mechanisms. It introduces the technical reference architecture of the digital twin battlefield, including intelligent infrastructure, data resources, technology engines, twin services, and application scenarios.
