Analysis of the Impact of Fuel Cell Vehicles’ Hydrogen Consumption under Different SOC Conditions

Regarding the problem of differences in 100kilometer gas consumption) of fuel cell vehicles under different state of charge (SOC) of power batteries, this study analyzes the impacts of different initial and final SOC states on vehicle driving mileage and gas consumption through actual tests. The results show that the 100 -kilometer gas consumption of the vehicle fluctuates in different SOC change intervals. For example, when the initial SOC is $\mathbf{6 5. 0 \%}$ and the final SOC is $53.5 \%$, the vehicle travels 23.073 km with a 100 -kilometer gas consumption of 33.242 kg; when the initial SOC is $60.0 \%$ and the final SOC is $48.5 \%$, the vehicle travels 22.950 km with a 100- kilometer gas consumption of 34.031 kg. This study clarifies the correlation between SOC changes and gas consumption, providing data references for optimizing the energy management strategy of fuel cell vehicles and reducing gas consumption.
