Design and Modeling of C-Filtered and LC-Filtered Bridge Rectifier Based on Memristor and Erf-K Function

The inductive wireless power transmission system (IWPT) exhibits abundant unconventional dynamic properties under certain conditions, such as hidden attractors, periodic bifurcations, chaotic motions and transient jumps, etc. For the filter based bridge rectifier circuits with memristive characteristics, the research contents are that: (1) Establish Cfiltered and LC-filtered bridge topologies based rectifier circuits, respectively. (2) Adopt memristive model based on error function with a high scaling factor $\mathbf{k}$ (Erf-k) to model the filter based bridge rectifiers. (3) Develop Erf-K model of the entire IWPT system and compare it with the GSSA (generalized state space averaging) model. The proposed model describes the two conduction modes of the rectifier bridge uniformly with an accurate mathematical model. And it can be generalized to the dynamic analysis of wireless transmission systems.
