ANSYS-based Random Vibration Simulation Analysis of Automotive Power Battery Packs

In order to solve the problem of vibration safety of new energy vehicle power battery pack, this paper takes a certain blade battery pack as the research object and carries out random vibration simulation analysis based on finite element analysis software. The three-dimensional model of battery pack was established by 3D modeling software, and combined with the national standard GB/T 31467.3-2015 vibration test standard, the modal analysis and random vibration coupling field method were used to evaluate the Z, Y and X three-way vibration response. The results show that the maximum deformation of the battery pack under vibration in all directions is smaller than 1×10⁻ guess guess mm, and the maximum stress is less than 0.0065 MPa, both of which meet the safety threshold requirements, and verify the reliability of the battery pack structural design.
