Electric Vehicle Charging Guidance Strategies Considering the Acceptance Capacity of Distribution Grids

Electric vehicles in energy saving and emission reduction, to promote the “dual carbon” process and other aspects of the traditional car can not be compared with the advantages, with the rapid development of electric vehicles, large-scale travel electric vehicle disorderly charging may aggravate the load fluctuations in the distribution network or even cause the node voltage is too low, and other security issues.Therefore, an EV charging guidance strategy that considers the acceptance capacity of the distribution grid is proposed.First, consider the interaction between the charging service platform and the distribution grid, a model is developed to determine the maximum load-bearing capacity of the distribution grid;second, a time-of-day tariff pricing model for sub-region taking into account the capacity for load accommodation of the distribution network is established;again, a function for choosing EV charging stations is developed with the aim of minimizing the total weights of charging expenses, overall travel time, and journey distance, planning optimal driving routes for electric vehicle charging;finally, taking the modified IEEE 33-node distribution network as an example, it is verified that the strategy can effectively improve the travel satisfaction of EV users and take into account the operational safety of the distribution network.
