Design of a Low-Frequency Ten-Way Wilkinson Power Divide

Based on the design methodology of traditional Wilkinson power dividers, this paper designs a microstrip-structured ten-way power divider operating in the frequency band of 100-240 MHz with a center frequency of 170 MHz. The processing capability was verified through electromagnetic simulation. The results show that within the 100-240 MHz band, the power divider exhibits the insertion loss of less than 12 dB, the voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) below 1.6, the output port isolation better than -20 dB, the amplitude flatness within ±0.4 dB, and the phase flatness within ±3°. These results indicate that the divider features excellent amplitude and phase characteristics, as well as good port isolation.
