Synergistic Strategy for Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Planning and Energy Management Based on Multi-Objective Optimization

With the large-scale development of electric vehicles, the synergy between charging infrastructure planning and power grid operation has become increasingly prominent. In this paper, a multi-objective dynamic optimization framework based on the coupling network of transportation and power is proposed, and the charging station location, capacity allocation and time-of-use electricity price strategy are collaboratively optimized by improving the NSGA-III algorithm, and the twoway load adjustment is realized by integrating V2G technology. The simulation based on multi-source data in a new area in the Yangtze River Delta, Downtown and suburbs of Shanghai shows that compared with the traditional single-objective planning, the scheme can shorten the charging service radius by 28.4%, reduce the peak-to-valley load difference of the distribution network by 37.1%, and improve the operator’s return on investment by 14.6% through the dynamic game pricing mechanism, which provides a new method to solve the problem of “vehicle-pilenetwork” collaborative optimization.
